About the position:
As Commercial Letting and Management Officer, you will be the lynchpin of the letting process and property management. From drafting lease agreements to handling tenant questions, you are always ready to support. With your active involvement, you ensure optimal occupancy rates and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:
You are the commercial jack-of-all-trades who manages the rental process from A to Z. From drawing up rental agreements to supporting marketing activities to quickly fill vacant units, you have no trouble doing it. In addition, you are the first point of contact for tenants, offer professional advice and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
– Completed relevant MBO/HBO education.
– Work experience in a similar position is a plus
– Interest in the real estate sector
– Availability of at least 32 hours
– Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in real estate
– Strong organizational skills and eye for detail
– Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
– Experience with MS Office and familiarity with property management systems is a plus
