About the position:
As a Real Estate Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing financial processes and administration related to property management and leasing. You will ensure the efficient execution of administrative tasks to maximize occupancy rates and optimize revenues.

Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be the financial hero within property management! You will manage financial processes, including leases, invoicing and payments. With your keen eye for detail and smooth communication, you will maintain contact with tenants, suppliers and financial institutions. In short, you are the key to a smoothly running financial operation in the real estate world!

Requirements:
– A relevant completed mbo/hbo education
– Relevant work experience (in a similar position);
– Interest in the real estate sector is a plus;
– Availability of at least 32 hours.
– Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to real estate finance.
– Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
– Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
– Experience with MS Office and familiarity with real estate management systems is a plus.
