Job Description:
As an Investment Manager at Young, you are the linchpin in our organizational web. You will work closely with our management team and our holding company, interact with other members of the board and help make crucial decisions for the future of our company. You are involved in all aspects of the acquisition process, including preparing financial models to project cash flows and preparing management presentations. In addition, you will be engaged in portfolio management of the Young ventures. For this role, it is essential that you are driven by entrepreneurship, can think out-of-the-box and thrive in a dynamic environment where every day is different. You are a problem solver and a connector who sees opportunities and knows how to inspire people.

Tasks and job profile:
– You are the face of our company and act as a liaison between all organizations, relations, stakeholders, founders and management;
– You are a jack-of-all-trades who maintains an overview and sets priorities effortlessly;
– You have integrity, loyalty, reliability, honesty and ambition;
– You have excellent communication skills and are able to identify and act on important elements;
– You take responsibility when necessary, but also know when to take a rest;
– You plan your week carefully ahead to work stress-free;
– You go along to appointments to make a difference when needed;
– You identify and manage risks that may affect the organization and make decisions on legal issues;
– You represent the organization to external parties and play a role in contract negotiations and due diligence processes in business acquisitions.

Profile:
We are looking for a smart and assertive Investment manager with a completed academic/HBO education and at least 2-3 years of experience. You have excellent communication and management skills, a proactive attitude and well-developed analytical thinking skills.
